Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, William has been married to Donna Haycox for over 30 years. Together they have raised two beautiful daughters. His education includes a BS in Mathematics, in addition to graduating from Lynchburg College in 1984, along with many other business and finance industry certifications and designations.
He is very active in community charities and benevolent organizations. In addition, he is a member of First Presbyterian Church and the Princess Anne Country Club. In his leisure he enjoys surfing, fishing, hunting, tennis, snowboarding as well as traveling.
