Prior to joining FFG, Tim had an extensive career in the Commercial Real Estate finance sector. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Institutional Relationship Manager at US Bank. Tim’s prior experience spans capital markets, finance, and treasury roles at both publicly traded and private equity commercial real estate firms. He began his career working in investment banking with Bank of America and Credit Suisse.
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Tim graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a degree in Business Finance. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Tim now lives in Northwest DC with his wife and son, where he enjoys spending time with his family in Rock Creek Park, staying active through exercise, and playing sports like golf. Tim is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and he serves as a Trustee at Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington, DC.
