In 1981, Ford founded what is today called Ford Mays Wealth Management. He combines decades of vast financial services experience and knowledge with a straightforward approach to financial planning. Aside from the ongoing development of financial plans with clients, Ford continues to build a team that will serve the Lynchburg community for generations to come.

Ford is the proud father of 3 adult children – Cort, Robert, and Taylor – and happily married to Jeni, with whom he shares a passion for culture, food, wine, and travel.
