Penny is in her 24th year as a financial services representative with MassMutual Commonwealth, a Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) general agency. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Institute of Technology in 1999 and received her bachelor’s in business administration in Accounting from California State University, Fresno in 1992.
With a master’s degree in finance, she is also an experienced advisor in investment and annuity strategies. She also holds the CLTC and works with her clients to help them understand how they can help protect their assets from the financial impact of a long-term care situation.
For over thirty years Penny has been working in finance. Prior to Commonwealth Financial Partners, Penny worked as a civilian budget analyst for the Navy providing consultation on multi-million-dollar public works projects and contracts. She has also served as an accounting systems analyst, financial counselor, accountant and banker.
Penny is involved with charitable organizations, serving on the board of a non-profit organization based in OH and supporting other local charities. She is also very involved at her church along with her daughter & husband of 35 years.
