Bobby Pickett comes to FFG from Winston Salem, North Carolina as our Brokerage Director and Financial Planner. With 19 years of financial service experience, he works with all clients by taking a holistic approach to understand current financial positions, evaluate risks at hand, all while establishing long term goals on an ongoing basis. Bobby states the key to all of this is  “the planning process is about helping clients align their actions with their intentions.”

Why an Advisor? With first hand financial surprises Bobby transitioned from his banking role to pursue the path to financial success. He wanted to help as many people as he could to avoid financial pitfalls. Currently calling Virginia Beach, VA home, Bobby now specializes in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Insurance Planning, College Planning, Income Strategies, Workplace Retirement Plans and Small Business Planning.

In his free time, Bobby enjoys live music and spends time with his fantastic wife -Beth- and two children-Haley (gymnast enthusiast) and Holden (eats, sleeps and lives baseball). He also helps with the local Cub Scouts. With family being important Bobby fully stand behind words of wisdom from his grandfather , which was to “never stop learning”.
