To enter the program, you must have passed the Life & Health Exam, completed the Pre-Launch Portal, and started your Project 200.
Days 1-30: Required Activities
- Attend all Required Trainings
- Utilize 25-Point Day Application
- Register for and Study for SIE
- Complete Axiom training
- 15 New Prospects a week added to CRM
Days 30-60: Required Activities
- Attend all Required Trainings
- Utilize 25-Point Day Application
- Continue to Study for SIE and sit for exam by Day 45
- 15 New Prospects a week added to CRM
Days 60-90: Required Activities
- Attend all Required Trainings
- Utilize 25-Point Day Application
- Pass SIE and begin Series 7 Top Off Prep
- Register for Series 7 Top Off Exam
- 15 New Prospects a week added to CRM
- Set and Keep 4 Client Appointments per week
Days 90-120: Required Activities
- Attend all Required Trainings
- Utilize 25-Point Day Application
- Pass Series 7 Top Off Exam by Day 110
- Register for Series 66 Exam and begin Study
- 15 New Prospects a week added to CRM
- Submit 2 Life/DI applications

- Continue Series 66 Exam Study

Days 150-190: Required Activities
- Attend all Required Trainings
- Utilize 25-Point Day Application
- Pass Series 66 Exam by Day 160
- 15 New Prospects a week added to CRM
- Submit 4 Life/DI applications. All submitted applications to a minimum of $18,000 premium total to turn on FR contract.

Axiom Virtual Training Program
WHAT
Axiom is a two-week intensive training and coaching program. New advisors to the industry will acquire a deep, philosophical foundation on which to build a successful, long-term business. Experienced advisors will gain a more grounded understanding of what produces action and the principles of a repeatable and predictable business. Both will learn what we truly accomplish for people, the theories that determine client engagement, and the tactics to produce the most powerful outcomes. Axiom can either stand alone or serve as the gateway for a fulfilling experience in ACE, the Alacrity Coaching Experience.
WHY
Something needs to change. New advisors experience an unacceptably high failure rate by focusing on short-term results versus long-term viability. Experienced advisors might be struggling and feel unfulfilled. Or perhaps doing well and open to new ways of thinking. Regardless, nobody is ever all set. Complacency and operating the way we always have perpetuates our struggles and invites failure as an industry.
