This is the career that chose me, and I fell in love with it.

While attending Norfolk State University, I would hear horror stories about people in the entertainment industry getting ripped off by their accountants and other people in charge of their finances. I would also hear stories of some even getting put in jail for tax evasion because of mistakes made by someone they trusted. As a result, I decided I wanted to become a Financial Services Professional so that I could serve as someone that those in the entertainment industry could trust with their finances. After beginning to work in the industry, I immediately fell in love with the work.

I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Norfolk State University. Prior to joining First Financial Group, I served two tours in Iraq, and was in Active Duty Army from 2002-2006. I served in the U.S.Army reserves from 2006-2010. I have two sons, aged 16 and 17, and outside of the office I enjoy concerts, museums, restaurants, trying new foods, and traveling to new destinations.
